[DBC-E036] <sid>: TNS connection issue (ORA-???:<Oracle message>)
An SQL*Plus error occured related to TNS networking - the dbcollect.log file should show the full output of the error message
Solution: Diagnose the connection problem (try manually connecting using SQL*Plus and the given connect url from the credentials file)
