[DBC-E012] I/O error in <file>: message
An I/O error happened reading/writing to <file> caused DBCollect to abort.
Solution:
If the I/O error is "Permission Denied", see if it can be fixed with chmod on the file or directory.
Otherwise, submit a bug report.
