Preventing compliance issues

In order to prevent accidental live migrations of database VMs to non-licensed hosts, apply one or more of the following practices:

  1. Affinity rules
  2. Sub-clusters
  3. VLAN isolation
  4. Storage isolation
  5. VMkernel traffic isolation
