[DBC-W004] Skipping <instance>: No prior AWR usage or Statspack detected (--ignore)

DBCollect could not detect prior AWR usage on <instance> and skips AWR reports alltogether for this instance due to the ignore flag.

Solution: No action required, DBcollect will proceed normally. Be informed that the DBCollect data will be incomplete and may not result in the correct assessment.
