[DBC-W007] Skipping %s: disabled in credentials file

A detected instance is not processed because a credentials file is used and the "enabled" field in the credentials file is set to "N".

This is needed to avoid trying to connect to a MOUNTED (Standby DB instance) or STARTED instance, resulting in all kinds of errors.
