[DBC-E018] oratab not found or readable
DBCollect failed to find or read oratab. This file is required to get a list of ORACLE_HOME directories.
Solution:
Check if either /etc/oratab or /var/opt/oracle/oratab exists and is readable to the oracle user.
If this seems to be ok, Submit a bugreport. See Bugreport
