[DBC-E014] Cannot create logfile <file> (message)

Creating the DBCollect logfile (/tmp/dbcollect.log) failed.

Solution:

Check if the /tmp directory has free space. It could also be that a dbcollect.log file exists from another dbcollect run with a different user. Remove the logfile and retry.
