Enterprise License Agrement

In general, an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) is some form of license contract that provides licensing for an entire organization, business unit, or group of systems under some special conditions for volumes, pricing, included options etc.

Oracle's variant of an ELA is an Unlimited_License_Agreement.
