[DBC-E021] No AWR or Statspack detected for <instance> (try --force-awr or --ignore)
DBCollect could not detect prior AWR usage and no statspack configuration for this instance.
Solution:
- Run dbcollect with
--force-awr(if you are sure you have Diagnostics Pack license) - Setup Statspack, wait for at least a week to generate data and rerun (if you do not have the Diagnostics license)
- Run dbcollect with
--ignoreto skip performance data for all databases completely [1]
